1) For every match (or every tie in a 2-legged match), 2 points are awarded for a win & 1 point is awarded for a draw.

2) Prior to FFI 10, result of a tie is tabulated at the end of 90 minutes. From FFI 10, result of a tie is tabulated at the end of extra time, if any.

3) Coefficients are awarded to the club & the association based on the table below.

4) For a club, the coefficient is the summation of the coefficients obtained, or 20% of the association's coefficient, whichever is higher.

5) For an association, the coefficient of the cycle is the summation of the coefficients obtained by participating clubs, divided by the number of teams representing the association in that cycle.

5a) Should an association have less teams than the allocated number (3), the divsor will be an average of the number of teams submitted & the allocated number of teams.

5b) Should an association have more teams than the allocated number (3), the divsor will be the number of teams submitted.

6) For associations and teams who participated in previous editions of the IFCF club competitions, their coefficient will either be the coefficient as tabulated per above rules, or 60% of the IFCF coefficient, whichever is higher.

Ranking System

1) Associations & Clubs are ranked based on their total coefficient.

2) Should there be a tie in the coefficient, the association/club who earns more coefficient in the latest edition will be ranked higher.

3) Should there still be a tie after the tiebreak as ran by the rule above, they will be arranged by arbitary alphabetical order. This criteria will not be used for actual seeding.
