Please take a few minutes to answer the questions here.  This helps us with our strategic planning, sponsorship reporting, and potential grant applications, etc.  It is preferable that a head coach/lead mentor answer the questions, but it is OK if someone else on the team answers the questions.  We hope to get 100% participation this year. The individual results of this survey will remain within FIRST Indiana Robotics and not used publicly.  Only summary results will be used publicly.
