Established in 2007, FIAT JUSTISIA: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum consistently aims to provide open access for research interests in forms of study motivation and global knowledge exchange. FIAT JUSTISIA: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum discusses matters of legal concepts, values of law, democracy, development and comparison of the law, policy, and law enforcement. These discussions are presented in a broad range of topics in the fields of law including philosophy of law, international law, civil law, criminal law, administrative law, constitutional law, and other sections related to law. In practice, FIAT JUSTISIA: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum specifically acquires Asian-Pacific Studies but is very open to articles globally. Studies on law comparison of the legal system between Regions of Europe, America, Australia, and Africa are very likely. Currently, FIAT JUSTISIA: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is in the process of SCOPUS index and Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) submission
