Love this sweet, small town love story from Claudia. This is different from the other books I’ve read/listened to from her but I loved this story. This friends to lovers, single dad story will give you all the feels with the perfect touch of holiday spirit. Love the characters and their dedication to one another…although a bit stubborn - out of fear, they give into their feelings and are honest with one another which leads to a beautiful HEA. Teddy Hamilton and Muffy Newton were excellent!

I love holiday romance and I was especially excited to dive into this one as I love Claudia's writing. This one was no exception as I lost myself in the read from the first page and fell in love with the characters. Though light hearted this read is filled with emotions. Landon and Knightly are amazing together. Despite having feeling for each other they stay away afraid to ruin there friendship. I loved the bond between Cassie and Knightly. It's a fun read that ended too soon for my liking and now I cannot wait for the next book.

(2023 edition) Knightly (Lee) wanted to move out of Kentbury to get away from her feelings for her best friend, Landon, and his daughter. I loved how hard Landon fought his own feelings until his daughter helped him realize that there was nothing wrong with keeping Lee in their lives. This was a cute story, and I enjoyed it. I listened to the audiobook, and the narration by Teddy Hamilton and Muffy Newtown was very well done. They brought the characters to life and added very much to the story.
