Life changing

Dr. Dan Segel changed my thought process and assisted with allowing myself to forgive my ex husband who killed himself earlier this year and all the pain he cause myself and my children during our marriage and afterwards. Instead of living in the past and the future, I will begin to center myself in the present.
Thank you Katherine for helping others.

Self forgiveness and social conformity

The Sean Hayes episode was awesome! I learned so much about self forgiveness especially against social normalcy and values. The way Sean Hayes went through in his head the ping pong of questions and valuesAnd the lack of education. It was really helpful. Even to realize that Sean‘s own behavior in the car was sometimes counterintuitive. Realizing his own mistakes against trying to be helpful and understanding for others what is something I really identified with.I was born with a disability, cerebral palsy. Conforming to able-bodied standards because of my physical training before the ADA, Also left me with guilt because I could do more than some of my friends with disabilities.Yesterday I forgave myself for conforming to ability and disability standards. Thank you!
