HC Level 3 student attendance - Y7 - 10 only
This form is based on Northland still being at Level 3 when school resumes this Monday, 18 October.  At Alert Level 3, students should learn from home. Schools will be open for year 7 - 10 students whose parents or carers need to go to work.  

IMPORTANT - We need to know if your child will be returning to school or not.  This is so we can prepare in advance and coordinate supervisors and form appropriate bubbles.  Can we please ask that every family with a child in years 7 - 10, please complete this very brief form. One form per student please.
