Before submitting your passport, please complete this form and provide your details to our staff by showing the email you received. You will be issued with an official passport submission acknowledgement letter from HESA UKMSHAPE once your passport is accepted.
For new and renewal applications, please monitor your EMGS status at
https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/. You may come to HESA counter to collect your passport 1 WORKING DAY AFTER the progress changed to 100%.
For Special Pass / Shorten / Endorsement transfer, we will email you once we receive your passport.
The passport submission acknowledgement letter is only valid for 3 months from date of issuance. You are required to bring this letter for passport collection.
