Q&A

(1) Question: Black screen (the screen is installed but not turning on)

Answer: (1)It appears the adapter harness isn't properly connected. Please disconnect and reconnect the plugs.
(2)If the main unit plug is disconnected and not reconnected within 5 minutes, follow these steps: reconnect the harness, lock the car for 2 hours, ensure your phone and remote key are at a distance of more than 20 meters from the vehicle, and after 2 hours, check if the screen lights up.

(2) Question: Bluetooth connection issues?

Answer: Try searching and reconnecting to the correct Bluetooth device.

(3) Question: Unable to adjust the passenger seat?

Answer: Try reconnecting the seat harness

(4) Question: No airflow from the rear-seat air conditioning?

Answer: Please verify if the air conditioning is in the 'on' position. If it's turned off, please turn it on again.

(5) Quertion: No sound output?

Answer: Please confirm if Bluetooth is successfully connected. If not, try reconnecting Bluetooth and restart the car's main unit.

(6) Question: Unable to operate the screen functions?

Answer: It's possible that the child lock is activated. To disable it, slide down from the top right corner of the screen, swipe to hide the 'SOD,' and disable the child lock.

(7) Question: Unable to read information from the USB drive?

Answer: Please check the USB drive interface: the left side is for data reading, and the right side is for fast charging. Make sure to insert it on the left side to read USB drive data.
