Friday 9th August

• Arrive at Peebles Hydro anytime and enjoy the facilities*
• Hydro Hotel Check-in from 3pm
• 3:30 - 5pm: Invigorating Spiral Ashtanga Vinyasa practice with Chanting & Pranayama
• 5:30pm: Nourishing 2-course plant-based dinner with fermented options in The Grill Room
• 7pm: Head outside into the surrounding woodland for an Evening walk

Saturday 10th August

• 7:30 - 10am: Morning Ashtanga-based Yoga practice, focus on
  modified backbends and inversions - focus on hydration for
  health
• 10:30am: Healthy Brunch in The Grill Room
• 12pm: Woodland walk with movement in Nature (weather
  permitting)
• 2pm: Granola compote fuel
• 3:00 - 4:30: Chanting, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra
• 5:30: Dinner in the Grill Room
• 7pm onward: Swim, Spa, quiet time... Woodland walk (weather
  permitting)

Sunday 11th August

• 7am - 08:30am: Ashtanga-based Yoga (Primary & Intermediate
  Series Fusion) with
• Breakfast in The Grill Room until 10am
• Check-out by 11am
• 11:30am: Guided Relaxation
• 12:30 lunch and Goodbyes in the Grill Room
• Afternoon: Swim, walk, spa - free playtime
