In the first part of the position paper, the delegate must briefly discuss the agenda with regard to its relevancy and scope. Current developments and actions undertaken regarding the issue whether by specialized agencies, non-governmental organizations or regional bodies must be discussed. The delegate can also elaborate on the provisions for future action. In the second part of the position paper, the delegate must specify the position on the agenda with specific regard to the Committee applied for. Please limit yourself to 700 words. There will be ample opportunities to expand on your position paper during the summit.
