The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA), NAR’s exclusive bilateral cooperating association in the Philippines, is hosting the 9th Manila offering of the CIPS in an e-learning format from September 26 - October 19, 2022.

The CIPS curriculum covers international real estate trends and transactions, region-specific laws including currency and exchange rate issues, cross-cultural relationships, and inter-continental market conditions and investment performances.

CREBA national president Noel Toti M. Cariño encourages Filipino real estate professionals to be part of the elite CIPS designees’ group present in 45 countries to benefit from cross-border influences in real estate markets.

CREBA national chairman Charlie A. V. Gorayeb affirmed that “applying a ‘no borders’ mindset expands opportunities with buyers and sellers around the world exponentially, knocking down every conceivable barrier.”

The CIPS Designation is exclusive to active International Realtor Members (IRMs). The right to use the Realtor brand name and logo in the Philippines is exclusive to IRMs who are PRC-licensed real estate professionals who maintain their active status as International Realtor Members or IRMs through CREBA.
