7-Eleven Malaysia “Lemon Lychee Counting Game” Terms and Conditions
1.1 This Lemon Lychee Counting Game Terms and Conditions shall govern the Contest that is organised by 7-Eleven Malaysia (“Organiser”).
1.2 By participating in this Contest, the person (Participant) indicates that they fully and unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions stated hereinafter.
1.3 The Contest will commence on 12 April 2022 at 12.00pm and will end on 12 April 2022 at 11.59pm (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will NOT be eligible nor accepted.
1.4 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period for any reason and will be communicated through the Organiser’s official social media channels.
1.5 The Contest is open to all persons residing in Malaysia only. The Participant needs to be 18 years of age and above at the date of entry.
1.6 The Winners need to Download My7E™ app on Google Play Store or App Store and register as a member to redeem the prize.
1.7 The Participants may be required to submit proof of eligibility (Full name, IC number, contact number, email address and mailing address) within the contest timeframe as it may be required by the Organiser to ensure the eligibility of the Participant. If the Participant does not provide the required proof, the Organiser is entitled to disqualify the Participant’s entry.
1.8 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Participants and/or revoke the Prize (at any stage of the Contest) if the Organiser identifies that the entry does not meet the Contest Mechanics.
Contest Mechanics
1. Answer correctly in the comment section of the contest post.
2. RM10 eVouchers will be rewarded to the first 10 winners only.
1.9 Winners who have fulfilled all requirements set by the Organiser will be selected according to the contest mechanics
1.10 The correct comment selection will be at the discretion of 7-Eleven Malaysia.
1.11 The winner announcement will be made on the Organiser’s Instagram and Facebook page for all the winners involved. Upon seeing the announcement, winners are required to DM the organiser’s Instagram inbox within 3 days of the announcement and provide the requested information (Full name, IC number, contact number, email address and mailing address).
1.12 In the event the participant does not PM the organiser within the given timeline or failure to provide the requested information shall result in the prize being forfeited and the Organiser has the right to select another winner.
1.13 The prizes won are not transferable and not redeemable by cash.
1.14 The winner is responsible for any and all taxes payable as a result of a prize being awarded (if applicable).
1.15 The eVouchers cannot be exchanged for cash (or equivalent)
1.16 The winners are to submit testimonials and reviews for marketing uses, if required by the Organiser.
1.17 Organiser reserves the right to change the prize at its discretion to another prize of a similar or lesser value without any prior notice. The selected Winners who have been notified and contacted are deemed final.
Free eCash Voucher Issuance
1.18 The contest period is from 7 April 12pm until 23.59pm. 7-Eleven e-Voucher will only be issued after the contest period.
1.19 The e-Voucher will be generated through My7E™ App under Member Benefits e-Coupon (Rewards) within seven (7) working days after registration.
Free eCash Voucher Redemption
1.20 7-Eleven e-Voucher can be redeemed at all 7-Eleven stores nationwide.
1.21 7-Eleven e-Voucher must be redeemed within the Voucher validity period stated in the terms & condition of the 7-Eleven e-Cash Voucher at My7E™ app. Any redemption requests after the validity period will not be entertained.
1.22 7-Eleven e-Cash Voucher is redeemable via the My7E™ app only.
1.23 7-Eleven e-Cash Voucher is applicable to any items (except for tobacco, tobacco-related accessories, in-store services and reload services) with no minimum spend.
1.24 If the total value of items purchased is higher than the value of the e-Cash Voucher, the balance must be paid in full by the customer via any available payment method.
1.25 If the total value of items purchased is lower than the value of the e-Cash Voucher, the balance will not be refunded.
1.26 The Winners shall refer to the full terms & conditions stated in the 7-Eleven e-Cash Voucher at My7E™ app.
1.27 The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and absolute and binding on the Participants. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of the Organiser will be entertained.
1.28 The Participants may not dispute nor make any oral or written complaints, public announcements or statements on the same whether during or after the Contest Period.
1.29 The Participants agree to waive, release and discharge the Organiser, its agencies, sponsors and representatives from and against, any and all liabilities, costs, loss, damages or expenses which the Participants or any party claiming through the Participants hereafter may have arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether or not direct, consequential or foreseeable.
1.30 The Participants shall indemnify the Organiser, its affiliates, agent and sponsors from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses suffered thereby as a result of the Participants’ breach of the Participants’ warranties and undertakings and any breach of the Terms and Conditions and/or the rules and regulations of the Contest.
1.31 The laws of Malaysia shall govern this Contest.
1.32 This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by any local, national, state, or any governmental laws.
1.33 This Contest is also subject to these contest Terms and Conditions stated.
1.34 Organiser also reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the Contest with an announcement or notice to the Participants.
1.35 The mode of notification (if any) of suspension, termination or variation shall be at Organiser’s sole discretion, including but not limited to displaying the same in any of 7-Eleven Malaysia’s website or social media sites.
1.36 By participating in this contest and providing your details to the Organiser, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy, and are giving us consent to use your details, images and contest entry for marketing purposes and/or in any publicity material.
Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”)
1. By entering into the Contest all participants of the Contest consent to the use of their personal data by the Organizer for the Organizer’s promotional campaigns including but not limited to the running of the Contest and for any events or publicity of the Contest in any form or through any media.
2. By participating in the Contest, the Participant consents for the Organizer to process the Participant’s personal data provided in the entry form for purposes of the Contest and including without limitation to use on the Organizer’s promotional campaigns.
3. The Organizer will use Personal Information to market and promote the products, goods, or services that are or may be offered by the Organizer from time to time via SMS, phone call, email, fax, mail and/or any other appropriate communication channels.

(NOTIS DI BAWAH AKTA PERLINDUNGAN DATA PERIBADI 2010)
The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the “PDPA”), which regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions, applies to the 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “7-Eleven”, “our”, “us” or “we”) as a data user. For the purposes of this written notice, the terms “personal data” and “processing” shall have the same meaning as prescribed in the PDPA.
Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (selepas ini disebut sebagai “PDPA”), yang mengawal selia pemprosesan data peribadi untuk tujuan transaksi komersial, adalah terpakai terhadap 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd (selepas ini disebut sebagai “&-Eleven”, “kami” atau “kita”) sebagai pengguna data. Untuk tujuan Notis ini, terma-terma “data peribadi” dan “pemprosesan” akan mempunyai maksud seperti yang ditakrifkan di dalam PDPA.
1. This written notice (“Notice”) is issued by us and serves to inform you that your personal data is being processed by or on behalf of 7-Eleven.
Notis bertulis ini (“Notis”) bertujuan untuk memaklumkan kepada anda bahawa data peribadi anda sedang diproses oleh atau bagi pihak 7-Eleven
2. The personal data processed by us may include your name, national registration identity card number (NRIC no.), or passport number, contact number, address, occupation, email address, bank account details and any other details that you have provided or may provide us with in the documents as prescribed in paragraph 4 of this Notice or otherwise as well as all other details relating thereto.
Data peribadi yang diproses oleh kami termasuk nama, nombor kad pengenalan, nombor telefon, alamat, pekerjaan, alamat e-mel, butiran akaun bank dan sebarang butiran-butiran lain anda, yang diberikan oleh anda dalam dokumen-dokumen yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan 4 Notis ini atau sebaliknya termasuklah sebarang butiran-butiran lain yang berkaitan dengannya.
3. We are processing your personal data, including any additional information you may subsequently provide, for the following purposes (“Purposes”):
(a) Running the above Contest;
(b) Announcing or publicizing the Contest and/or winners of the Contestor
such other purposes as may be related to the foregoing.
Kami sedang memproses data peribadi anda, termasuklah sebarang maklumat tambahan yang anda mungkin berikan kemudian, untuk tujuan-tujuan berikut (“Tujuan-Tujuan”):

Your personal data is and will be collected from you and/or from the information you have provided in the documentation that you have provided to us, all application/registration forms that you have been asked to complete, together with any other information that we may obtain about you from oral or written communications.

5. You may access and request for the correction of your personal data and to contact us with any enquiries or complaints in respect of your personal data.
Anda boleh mengakses dan memohon untuk mengemaskini atau membuat pembetulan data peribadi anda serta menghubungi kami untuk sebarang pertanyaan atau aduan berkenaan dengan data peribadi anda.
6. In accordance with the PDPA, we may refuse to comply with your request for access or correction to your personal data and if we refuse to comply with such request, we will inform you of our refusal and reason for our refusal.
Selaras dengan PDPA, kami berhak untuk tidak mematuhi permintaan anda untuk mengakses atau untuk membuat pembetulan ke atas data peribadi anda dan sekiranya kami enggan mematuhi permintaan tersebut, kami akan memaklumkan kepada anda tentang kengganan kami beserta alasan-alasan terhadap kengganan kami.
7. Your personal data may be disclosed to the subsidiaries or related companies of 7-Eleven and any governmental and/or quasi-governmental departments and/or agencies, regulatory and/or statutory bodies if requested by them, our auditors, our banks, business partners and/or service providers and any other third party that you have requested or authorized us to disclose your personal data to for the above purposes or for any other purposes for which your personal data was to be disclosed at the time of its collection or any other purposes directly related to any of the above Purposes.
Data peribadi anda mungkin dizahirkan kepada anak-anak syarikat atau syarikat-syarikat berkaitan di bawah 7-Eleven dan semua jabatan dan/atau agensi kerajaan dan/atau kuasi-kerajaan, badan-badan penguatkuasa dan/atau berkanun jika diminta oleh mereka, juru audit kami, bank-bank kami, rakan-rakan perniagaan dan/atau pembekal-pembekal perkhidmatan dan sebarang pihak ketiga yang lain yang mana anda telah minta atau memberikan kuasa kepada kami untuk menzahirkan data peribadi anda untuk tujuan-tujuan yang dinyatakan di atas atau sebarang tujuan-tujuan yang mana data peribadi anda telah dizahirkan pada masa pengumpulannya atau untuk tujuan lain yang mempunyai hubungan secara langsung dengan mana-mana Tujuan-Tujuan yang dinyatakan di atas.
8. Your personal data may be transferred to a place outside Malaysia.

9. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is kept up to date.
Anda bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan bahawa data peribadi yang anda berikan kepada kami adalah tepat, lengkap, tidak mengelirukan dan terkini.
10. If you fail to supply to us the above mentioned personal data, we may not be able to process your personal data for any of the Purposes and in the case of an application with us; we will not be able to consider your application.

11. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of this notice, the English version shall prevail over the Bahasa Malaysia version.
Sekiranya terdapat sebarang ketidakseragaman di antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia ke atas Notis ini, maka versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunakan.
