Love CJ Charity Market
The Love CJ Charity Market is a local pop-up concept that supports local charities through the sale of gently used pet products!
Created by two local NYC pet brands (Love-CJ & Broadway Bitches) on a mission to bring joy and give back to the community, each market is designed to give the neighborhood a place to donate or purchase items for a good cause.
How it works
Each Love CJ Charity Market is set up within a local small business using existing space within the shop. We provide signs and stickers, including a custom QR code sign to collect payments. The local business partner simply ensures customers scan to pay for charity market items via our system and collect donated goods and we manage the rest!
100% of charity market purchases will go directly to each charity, paid every month.
We stop by at least once a quarter to restock and adjust the display (within the NYC metro area), and share updates on social media for both the business and charity at least 2x a month.

Love CJ Charity Market - Washington Heights
Our first market is based in Washington Heights, in partnership with Cafe Bark and launched November 2019!
We launched the market with a pop-up event, featuring Rescue Haven and adoptable pup Luca the Pitt. We have supported Wise Animal Rescue and several other local charities in the following months.

Rescue Haven
Rescue Haven Foundation is a 501c(3) organization based in New Jersey. The mission of Rescue Haven is to save dogs and give them a chance at a new life. We do this by providing foster homes that will nurture their physical and emotional health, help locate their ideal forever homes while providing support and training to help assure that their stay in their new homes will be a permanent and positive experience.

Broadway Bitches
Broadway Bitches started over 10 years ago in Washington Heights and now serves pups from Lincoln Center to Inwood. Broadway Bitches strives to enrich the lives of every dog and owner they meet by introducing and reinforcing structure as a way of life, via pack walks and even out-of-city adventures. They believe communication and respect are the cornerstones of any relationship, so they nurture and reinforce those building blocks with every visit to your dog to help them understand their role in a pack.

Cafe Bark
Café Bark was born from the desire to express love for our furry companions. They give us so much and ask so little. For Patricia, Stephanie and Chris, our four legged kids deserve so much, so this little space is dedicated to Petunia, Channel and Gunther. Wise Animal Rescue
Wise Animal Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the well-being of dogs of all breeds. We are comprised of a network of caring people with a grassroots approach working towards a world where no dog is neglected, abused, or homeless. We rescue dogs of all ages and breeds from unsafe environments as well as those who are abandoned or surrendered.
