The Men of Irwin (MoI) Mentoring Initiative (Lunch/Recess Buddies) aims to bring an intentional focus to our students at Irwin.  The initiative will inspire you to embrace who you are and give you boldness of character as parents and community volunteers.

•  Increase the image and visibility of MEN consistently within the school (classroom, activities,
        events, PTA, school committees, etc)
•  Make the choice to become actively involved
•  Become committed to serve and support the school
•  Network and fellowship with one another
