Multicultural STEAM Night ~ Appetizer Request Form ~ January 24th, 2023
MPMS will be hosting a Multicultural STEAM night on Tuesday, January 24th from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM.  Our event will include cultural appetizers and we invite our parents to provide appetizers that represent their cultural heritage.  Please complete this form if you are willing to provide and share delicious food for our event.

Please Note:
When providing a dish to share please include a description tag describing the food contents of the dish you wish to share.  Serving utensils are limited, please plan accordingly.  Food may be dropped off at the MPMS main office starting at 2:30 PM.  If you would like to setup your own dish please plan to arrive at 5:45 PM to provide setup time.
