Due to limited availability of vendor spaces, the Montgomery Quilt Walk is not able to accept all vendor applications. We do our best to provide the attendees with a selection of vendors that provide a variety of quilt-related items. Your application will not be considered to be accepted until you receive an email specifically stating that you are part of the 2024 Montgomery Quilt Walk. Jotform may send you an email immediately after you apply to provide confirmation that your application was transmitted - this does not constitute acceptance. If your application is not accepted, the Montgomery Quilt Walk will refund your application fee.

Booth Space is set at $50.00 per stall. Vendors will be able to check in and set up as early as Thursday morning. Details will be outlined in the confirmation packet.
All vendors must read the accompanying Rules and Regulations and complete this application/contract in full and attach the following items by September 1, 2024 for you to be considered for as a vendor for this event:
1. A copy of your Texas Sales Tax Certificate (all vendors)
2. Check for booth space (Payable to The City of Montgomery”)
