Malik Girondin has a diverse work experience starting from 2017 in the Customer Service sector, specifically in Walgreens, where they worked as a Customer Service Associate and handled phone calls, resolved customer issues and complaints, and conducted exchanges, returns, and refunds. Malik then shifted to the Healthcare sector, where they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions and answered incoming inquiries from DHPs, Facilities, and Agencies.

Malik Girondin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they completed a pharmacy technician/assistant program at Indian River State College in 2020 and earned their High School Diploma from South Fork High School in 2017. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Blue Team Level 1 from Security Blue Team, NSLS Foundation of Leadership from The National Society of Leadership and Success, CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA, Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA.
