Gary will delve deep into the tax credit regulations while also providing real-world examples with practical application. This interactive and engaging course will incorporate examples, challenges, and poll questions on multiple compliance topics trained to test participants throughout the course.

Training Manual

Each attendee receives a full-color desk/training reference manual. Attendees registering before the registration cut-off date (10 calendar days before the training event) will receive a hard copy of the manual mailed to their registration address.

Note: Those registering after the registration cut-off date will receive a PDF version of the training manual. If the attendee would like a hard copy of the manual, E&A Team will mail out a physical manual for a cost of $40 (per manual) with the understanding that the manual may not arrive in time for the training being conducted.

Certificate of Training

Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance within seven (7) business days after the training ends.

Training Schedule

The training schedule is as follows:

Day 1 – 10 am – 4 pm CT
Day 2 – 10 am – 4 pm CT
Day 3 – 10 am – 3:30 pm CT

Each day will have two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute break provided.

At this time, the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) will only be provided Online. Due to Covid-19, live in-person exams are not available.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a refund is requested no later than 10 working days BEFORE the seminar, your fees will be refunded, less a $50 enrollment charge. If you must cancel less than 10 working days before the seminar, you may send a substitute from your organization. Substitution information must be submitted to E&A Team, Inc. in writing.

In rare instances, training may be cancelled or rescheduled. Although a full refund of the registration fee will be made in such cases, E&A Team, Inc. is not responsible for other costs incurred, such as non‐refundable airline tickets.

Payment in full must be received 5 working days prior to the beginning of the first date of training. There will be a $35 charge for all returned checks.
