Our Mission & Why
Me in 3’s mission is to change the way hiring is done, forever. Hiring has been done poorly for hundreds of years. An applicant applies for a job with a sheet of paper, hoping to get an interview. At the same time, hiring managers are expected to decide which candidates come in for an interview based on that same sheet of paper. It’s just wrong. We want to change this and make it more human again.
The Role:
Me in 3 is looking to hire an amazing Account Manager to join our sales group. Software or staffing services experience is preferred. Sales experience is NOT required. If you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills and are looking to make an impact with a company that plans to change the way hiring is done, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Execute our strategy of prospect engagement.

Generate sales opportunities by making 75-100 outbound dials and scheduling 5-7 meetings per day.

Work with incoming leads to provide information and presentations.

Run online demos for potential clients in a fun, informative, and professional way.

Emphasize community and trust-building.

Maintain, manage, and update prospect information using Hubspot.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of our prospect management process and execute tasks with a high level of detail.
Compensation:
-
$55,000 OTE ($45,000 Base + Commission).
