HEAD COACH KYLIE RUSSELL GREER

Coach Kylie Russell Greer (Milligan '15) has led the Buffs to back-to-back top-three finishes in the AAC standings. The Buffs reached the AAC championship game in 2022.

2023-24 STORYLINES

  • All-AAC - With the return of graduate student Halie Padget, the Buffs' lineup features three All-AAC First Team selections.
  • New Guard - With the graduation of three guards, there are plenty of minutes up for grabs in the Buffs' backcourt.
  • Battle for the Top - The Buffs play AAC favorites Bryan and Pikeville twice each this season.

KEY RETURNERS

Jaycie Jenkins

  • Senior forward Jaycie Jenkins returns to action after appearing in just 13 games last season due to injury.
Jenkins was a 2021-22 NAIA All-American and a two-time All-AAC First Team performer.

Lauren Longmire

  • Junior forward Lauren Longmire led the Buffs in scoring, rebounding, assists and minutes in 2022-23.
Longmire collected All-AAC First Team honors last fall and was an All-Freshman and All-Defensive Team pick in 2021-22.

SCHEDULE NOTES

  • The Buffs play a 22-game conference schedule and a six-game nonconference slate.
  • Milligan's non-conference opponents include Faulkner, Cumberlands, WVU Tech and a pair of games in Montana over Christmas break.
  • The top 10 teams qualify for the AAC Tournament, which will take place Feb. 28-March 2 at the MeadowView Marriott in Kingsport.
