NAWBO-LA is announcing our call for nominations for our 34th Annual Leadership and Legacy Awards and Virtual Conference to be held virtually on June 18, 2021. Our annual conference recognizes business owners and leaders who exemplify inspiration, spirit and above all commitment to moving women businesses forward. Thank you for taking a moment to submit your nomination(s) for NAWBO-LA's 34th Annual Luncheon!

The deadline to submit nominations is 5:00 pm PST on Thursday, April 1, 2021.

You may nominate anyone for any award, if they fit the criteria noted below.
Submitting the same nominee more than once per category will not increase their chances of being selected.

For our 34th Annual Leadership and Legacy Awards Luncheon, we would like to award business owners and leaders from our community within various categories.

Please provide your nomination(s) for the following:

COMMUNITY LEADER AWARD
The Community Leader Award recognizes someone who has achieved success in her career, business or personal life. This honoree will have made a tremendous impact on those around her through her perseverance and dogged determination to create lasting change and influence her community through her service, dedication to her work, and passion for excellence. This honoree serves her community without reservation.

RISING STAR AWARD
The Rising Star Award recognizes a woman entrepreneur who has established a critical milestone in her business. Her notable accomplishments must have been achieved within the first five years of business or less.

WOMEN BUSINESS OWNER OF THE YEAR
The WBO Award recognizes a woman who has achieved remarkable success as a business owner at a national and/or global level. This person has put into practice a business model that empowers others to pursue their own entrepreneurial endeavors.
