Thank you for being willing to provide a recommendation for a National Junior Classical League or National Latin / Greek Honor Society Scholarship applicant. The information that you provide will be valuable in understanding the background, character, achievement, and personality of the applicant.

If you are recommending a student who has applied for both the NJCL and NL/GHS Scholarships, you do not need to submit this form more than once - your response will be sorted appropriately for both applications.
