Consistent with our commitment for inclusivity and universal access, and in celebration of Pride Month, the National Museum of the Philippines – Ilocos Region in cooperation with the NMP Gender and Development Focal Point System enjoins everyone to attend the free webinar on “Bahaghari: Understanding SOGIESC  and the Protection in Philippine Law” on 20 June 2022 (Monday) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. via Zoom platform.

This webinar aims to understand and recognize that sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sex characteristics (SOGIESC), and the right to self-determination form part of the basic tenets of universal human rights.  It also aims to uphold the dignity of all the members of the LGBTQIA+ community with recognition, respect, and acceptance.
