This purpose of this survey is to assess awareness and identify where accurate information is lacking on Traumatic Brain Injury and Pediatric Neurological Diseases.  The information you provide will support our efforts to educate the public of the significant impact of these diverse conditions.

Information provided in this survey will be used by the CNS Foundation to raise public awareness about the importance of pediatric neurological research to the discovery of treatments and cures.  We aim to facilitate research on the developing brain, while providing information and resources to impacted families today.
