New Kitchen Culture Campaign
We're building a New Kitchen Culture and we want you to join us. To start, we want to highlight businesses that are leading by example - like you.

Take a look at the list of problem patterns that are common in many kitchens identified by a board of 40 global leaders.  Then, share with our community what steps you can start taking tomorrow to make change in your establishment.  Ask yourself: How open are you to change? What are you already doing right? What can you do better? Elaborate, share your perspective, your story has the power to inspire. Let’s take action together and show the wider community what new and improved kitchen culture looks like!

How it works: Pick 3 Problem Patterns that exist in your kitchen.  Set your priorities with your team. Share your plan for change with the Cooks Who Care community and we'll share your story on our social media to inspire others.

Priority #1: Paint the big picture. Help others see the future and understand why change is important.  Help others build trust in you by outlining what you pledge to focus on.

Priority #2: Share how you will work to remove known toxic elements of your work environment to create improved workplace settings for all members of your team.

Priority #3: Knowledge is power, so keep your team informed as the process goes on.  Truth and openness spread the knowledge that empowers people and businesses to do better work together.

This survey will take you 10 min to complete.  Thank you for taking time to help lead by example.  Our industry needs inspiration. We want to share your positive culture with your peers to show that it can be done.  Tell us how you lead with your actions, because actions speak louder in a community that cares.
