Difficult for kids to see the stage

by Kt on 5/22/24Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Vancouver

Children 3-6 cannot see if there is an adult or older kid seated in front of them. The cost of the ticket does not reflect the level of comfort the audience experience during the show. Booster seats provided for young children would have been helpful.

    Wouldn’t see it again

by Crystal on 5/15/24Edmonton EXPO Centre - Edmonton

It was ok, definitely overpriced for the show experience. They had sound issues so we had to wait for 15mins before it was resolved. Wouldn’t see it again.

    Good show

It was very cute, my daughter loved it, and we enjoyed it too. It would be great if the pricing were more affordable.

    Potential

by JB on 5/15/24Edmonton EXPO Centre - Edmonton

Actors were great. However, rescue mission content could have been better. Also, photo opportunity for VIP tickets said picture with pup of your choice, which didn't happen! My son was disappointed to not be able to take a picture with Chase, especially when we were looking forward to it for months.

    Show was good

by Cara on 5/14/24Edmonton EXPO Centre - Edmonton

The fire alarm went off one minute into the show starting. The announcer left the stage and no one made an announcement as to what a stadium full of children should do. Unbelievable. The noise was so loud that the 3 year old and 6 year old never relaxed or participated until the end when there was dancing. The 9 year old and 7 year old enjoyed.

    Interesting

by Reader Rabbit on 5/14/24Edmonton EXPO Centre - Edmonton

The show was great but would have been better if we were made aware that the fire alarm that went off wasn't a part of the show but an actual alarm so we could respond accordingly in a timely fashion.
