Get verbal permission before crossing any boundaries, such as touching or taking photographs of people or sharing exhibitors’ work. Be aware of and take responsibility for how your words or actions may affect others, despite your intentions. No weapons. No racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, sexism, body-shaming, religion-shaming, etc. Harassment, violence, abuse, discrimination or disruptive behaviors will not be tolerated. Organizers reserve the right to remove any group from our event. Exhibitors and participates agree not to hold organizers or staff responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. We will be moderating shared online spaces to the best of our ability. If any attendees or exhibitors feel unsafe, please contact organizers Jennifer or Kelsey ASAP, so we may address your concerns.
