Programming Application Form
PROVA! is a pop up multicultural arts and performance venue that features a craft beer garden and a rotation of local food vendors. For the 2022 summer season, PROVA! will host a wide variety of inter-generational and multicultural programming that may include, but is not limited to music, dance, interactive arts, yoga, storytelling, magic, poetry, and instructional demonstrations.

PROVA! will be open from 4:00PM to 9:00PM on Thursdays and Fridays from July 7 through August 26.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, June 22 at 5:00pm
Notice of selection will begin Thursday, June 23 and be finalized by Sunday, June 26

Things to know when applying:
- This is a family friendly event space; all performances need to be suitable for all ages. Not just including clean language, but also clean content.
- We do not pay separately for sound; if you need to bring someone in to provide that type of setup for you, it should be included in the price you put. We have 3 speakers and 1 PA system with two microphones that is available for use.
- We are a small, local nonprofit and a free event for the community so our budget is limited per night. Keep this in mind if you are unable to fill 4-5 hours of the night, we will need to add additional entertainment with your set, and need to have funds in the budget to do so.
- We have a lot of demand to come out and perform, and it continues to grow each year as our connection to the community grows. Our goal is to have a wide variety of genres and types of art at the site. The more dates you provide as options, the easier it is for us to get you in. We provide preference to those who have yet to come out to PROVA!, but do not discard applicants that have been before and still love to have crowd favorites back as the schedule allows.
- We pay via check only, when you arrive on site. If we have to cancel for weather before you arrive on site, we will pay half of the amount committed to you; if we cancel once you are onsite or setup, we will pay in full still.
- We do not pay for travel separate from the price you say you are charging.
