I agree to show league officials ID. * We will not keep copies of documents- You need to provide that information Before League Play begins to satisfy the proof of identity and age requirement  and reduce risk to players, fans, family and league integrity. *
Players are expected to: 

 1.Treat opponents with respect and to Respect Poinciana Athletic league- Adult flag Football- League rules at all times

 2. Adhere to all League rules and regulations in regard to sportsmanship and participation.

3.I fully understand that I must respect and accept all official’s calls and decisions without gestures or arguments. 

4. Win with dignity, lose without excuses. 

5.The good of the League always comes first. 

6. Show respect for your coaches, the opposition’s coaches and players and the officials. 

7. Adhere to all school and team rules

 8.Understand that the Polk County Code of Conduct, Polk county, State of Florida, the United States laws shall extend to cover all aspects of this league and its contests.

9.Conduct yourself at all times in a manner that represents character and sportsmanship traits that are acceptable in today’s society.

10.No Taunting of any Kind

11.Celebrate only with Teammates

12.Agree not to use or sell any Tobacco Products

13.Agree not to use or sell any drugs while engage in any Poinciana Athletic League event or game

14.Agree not to use any alcohol during events

15.Agree not to engage in Unsportsmanlike conduct (also called untrustworthy behavior or ungentlemanly fraudulent or bad sportsmanship or poor sportsmanship or anti fair-play) is a foul or offense in many sports that violates the sport's generally accepted rules of sportsmanship and participant conduct.

16. I am not currently a professional athlete

Repeatedly or gross neglect and VIOLATIONS OF THESE RULES AND PROCEDURES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.  Any other violation of any of these rules or the Poinciana Athletic League-Adult Flag Football rules, will be subject to the following penalties and consequences:

1.Expulsion

2.Suspension

3.Banned from League Play or Event affiliated with Poinciana Athletic League

Family and Support, your fans are expected to: 

1.Be positive role models at athletic contests. 

2.Be very aware of your support system's behavior.

3.The team is the coach’s responsibility, not the Support system. 

4.Support system can Not coach from the sidelines. 

5.Support system can-Not Communicate with other coaches or players and create a negative situation. 

6.Remember the primary value of athletic participation is to provide our youth with an opportunity for self development, physically, emotionally, and mentally. 

8. Respect the judgment of the officials and refrain from openly criticizing each and every call the official makes. 

 9.Understand and respect the different roles of players, coaches and officials. 

10.Fans should be fans, coaches should coach, and officials should officiate and each should be treated with respect for what they do.
