About Me

Hello! My name is Pawan and I enjoy solving problems related to Data Structures and Algorithms. When I was in 8th grade, my school introduced computer science as a subject. I still remember the excitement I felt as my teacher explained that I had the power to create anything I wanted on the computer.

Since then, I've been on a journey to explore the digital world and all its possibilities. From learning programming languages to tackling complex data structures and algorithms, I'm fascinated by the power of technology to solve problems and make our lives better.

And now, as a budding software engineer, I'm eager to channel my passion and skills into creating innovative solutions that will enhance the digital experience for everyone.

  • ► As the lead, I had the opportunity to develop my skills in competitive programming and to help other students do the same.
  • ► Organized and facilitated regular events, workshops, and practice sessions focused on competitive programming, which helped me to deepen my understanding of the topic and to share my knowledge with others.
  • ► Learned to work with a diverse group of people, from beginners to advanced programmers, and to tailor my teaching and coaching style to different learning styles and levels of experience.

December 2021 - April 2022

  • ► Led the first edition of Hack4Bengal, a national-level hackathon that brought together participants from across the country to tackle real-world problems through innovative technology solutions.
  • ► Developed and implemented creative solutions to challenges that arose during the planning and execution phases, such as managing event time, selecting relevant themes, and designing effective contents.
  • ► Gained valuable experience in event management, team leadership, and problem-solving, honing skills that are transferable to other settings such as software development and project management.
