No leveling/farming will be done unless agreed upon before the takeover takes place
If the account has no silver - a gear cleanse is recommended as an addon but might not be enough for all areas
It is not possible to guarantee a specific level of advancement, as it largely depends on the gear and champions being used. However, it is generally expected that some improvement will be made. The more resources you have available, the greater the likelihood of improvement.
