Cancellation Policy:
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended.

Due to strict contractual obligations, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Travel insurance is not included in this package; however, we highly recommend it. We will be happy to provide you with information to obtain insurance. You are not obligated to purchase insurance or to use the company we recommend.
- All payments are due on the 11th of the month and must be made on time to maintain your space.
- Payments not received within 48 hours of the due date each month will incur an automatic $25 late fee. If the late fee and payment are not received within 2 business days after notification of lateness, the reservation will be suspended. If the late fee and payment are not received within 7 calendar days of the original due date, the reservation will be cancelled.
- We understand that obstacles arise. Therefore, you will be permitted one request for late payment for which the late fee will be waived. Any late payment requests must be submitted in writing to trips@goldenvoyagetravel.com.
- Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
