Please note that the following information is required so we have a better understanding of what war eras in American history will be represented at the event.

It is our hope to group units based on the wars represented for a more immersive experience for visitors.
World War II, Korea, and Vietnam are the focal points of the event, but all war periods are most welcome and encouraged to promote US history and education!

 Liability Waiver: I, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge as a participant in the activity at (a) West End Fairgrounds Association by (b) Redball Military Transport Club, that I freely and voluntarily engage in hazardous activity for my own recreation, and for the benefit of providing a Living History example to the public in attendance. I recognize that as a part of this activity, myself and those attending under the umbrella of this registration form, freely assume any and all risk of injury while participating as a volunteer in the specified event.  For these reasons, I hereby waive and agree to hold harmless the above mentioned organizations (a) and (b) for any and all damages of any kind or nature to my person and property and my unit members in attendance for whom I am signing for, arising out of or resulting from our direct or indirect participation in the event. Myself and my unit are aware that live ammo is not to be loaded into any weaponry I/we bring on site, and weaponry is subject to inspection at any time. Additionally, I grant Redball Military Transport Club permission to use any type of photographic image or sound recordings made of me and my unit for the purpose of education, marketing, or advertising use. *

Additional Notes:
*Firearms are welcome for military impressions, but live ammo is not to be loaded in weaponry at any time. Weapons are subject to inspection at any time.

*Bathrooms and showers are on site in the buildings for use throughout the weekend.

*Food vendors are on site.

*Military vehicles are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

*Reenactors are welcome and encouraged to stay through Sunday morning.

*Because vendors and reenactors both set up on Thursday, reenactors are welcome to browse the vendors prior to the public attending.

*Be sure to stop at the Redball Club tent (aka the Biergarten) to socialize.

*Relax, have fun, and enjoy. Invite your reenactor friends to come out too, even if it's only a day!

*We are focusing on WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam War history this year, but all US Military time periods are welcome!
