Rockhurst University Joins SAGE Scholars Tuition Rewards

By SAGE Scholars — October 28, 2021

Rockhurst University, proud to be Kansas City, Missouri's Jesuit university for more than 100 years, has joined the SAGE Scholars Tuition Rewards program. 97 Catholic colleges, including 6 Jesuit colleges, now participate in the nation’s largest private college enrollment consortium.

Rockhurst acquired the Saint Luke's College of Health Sciences in 2020 - significantly expanding the University's ability to meet the Kansas City region's growing need for health care professionals. A total renovation of Sedgwick Hall is under way, along with construction of an addition, creating a 55,000 square foot facility to provide the latest in healthcare technology to Rockhurst’s nursing students.

The University's 1,500 undergraduates have a choice of 50+ majors, including a nationally-ranked kinesiology and exercise science program. Rockhurst has received high marks for its undergraduate management program and its diversity and social mobility. 30.5% of the freshman class consists of first-generation students. 20 different faiths are represented on campus.

98% of RU alumni report being employed or accepted into grad school within 6 months of graduation. An emphasis on leadership training has helped graduates earn 23% higher median salaries than their peers.

15 Missouri private colleges now participate in Tuition Rewards.
