South Carolina Outreach for Upstate Teaching was created by the collaborative efforts of eight, Upstate SC school districts. Our mission: To provide an opportunity for teacher candidates to learn more about the Upstate of South Carolina and our great schools. Ultimately, we are passionate about recruiting the best teachers to the Upstate, while at the same time providing the on-going support needed for success.

We want this experience to be very valuable! This registration form will allow us to prepare a personalized experience for each educator. Thank you for your interest in our SCOUT opportunity and teaching the best in South Carolina.
