Thank you for your interest in Sunway College @ Velocity. To book an appointment with our education counsellors, please complete the form below and note the following:

1. All appointments must be made a day before the scheduled appointment. Once you’ve submitted your appointment booking form, our counsellors will send you an email confirming your appointment.

2. Due to the current Covid situation, we highly encourage you to opt for online consultation. However, if you wish to visit the College or opting for a face to face appointment, you are required to adhere to the Health and Safety SOP when entering the premises.

Please complete the Health e-declaration form https://sunway.edu.my/edeclare and check in using MySejahtera. Those with symptoms or those categorised as High Risk will be denied entry.
