This site was developed for employees of the School District of Fort Atkinson to provide support resources concerning the District's compensation system.  Our goal is to make the compensation system understandable.  Please note that there is a separate page for each employee group.  You are encouraged to utilize this site and submit questions you may have to hr@fortschools.org that are not answered here.
