SEPTAR, the Special Education PTA for the Redwood City School District, brings parents, teachers, principals and staff together to support the students with learning differences, disabilities and IEPs. We offer informative meetings, educating parents and staff about different systems, strategies, interventions, and supports to improve parents knowledge of their rights, and to support the Special Education Department of the Redwood City School District.

We currently have three main positions open for the public, President, Secretary and Treasurer of SEPTAR for the 2024-2025 school year. All elected officer positions require a two-year commitment to the role.

•  Complete this form by Wednesday, May 1st.
•  Elections will start on May 6th and run through May 15th.
•  New board members will be announced at the SEPTAR associate meeting on Tuesday, May 21st.
•  Attend the SEPTAR meeting on May 21st at 7:00pm.
•  Attend new officer training on June 6th (virtual training), hosted by the 17th District PTA
