How do we really get good at doing FBAs?

Almost all good learning involves the sequence above.  Proficiency in educational practices begins with awareness, includes training to gain content/skill knowledge, and culminates in coaching and feedback on actual use of the practice from someone who is experienced.   CAUTION:  FBA is a practice that often get trained but infrequently gets used, resulting in skill loss and lack of confidence.  Use immediately after training, paired with coaching is highly recommended.  Avoid the pitfall of only using this valuable practice for highly intense and/or infrequent student situations.
