Cheree Sauer is a success coach, speaker, CEO, and creator of the RAMP Method. After working with high-performing athletes for 14 years, Cheree became an entrepreneur and experienced burnout. Being a Christian business owner for six years, she recognized a need to help female entrepreneurs merge the gap between business, life, faith, and leadership. She brings her expertise in business, sports psychology, sports training, and team performance into the entrepreneurial world to help female business owners continue their success without sacrificing themselves.

Cheree and her husband of 16 years, road-school their two boys (10 and 8) and live a life of freedom traveling the country in their home on wheels. Cheree is passionate about helping successful female business owners live intentional lives of faith, freedom, success, and fulfillment.

Tarah Dove, CMO/Marketings Success Coach

Tarah Dove is a CMO and marketing coach for female business owners.  Before completing college for business management, Tarah was offered a full-time position as marketing director at a premier law firm. So began her marketing career. With over 17 years of experience in marketing, Tarah has helped quite a variety of companies and nonprofits optimize their marketing efforts for success. She started her own marketing firm after having her third child and understands the challenges of being a mom and CEO. Tarah loves to think outside the box and find creative marketing solutions that align with the values, priorities, and budget of female-owned businesses. Tarah is a mom of three boys and lives in Pennsylvania with her fiance. She loves adventure, travel, and outdoor concerts.
