Located at the Peninsula Shopping Center in Gig Harbor's downtown waterfront district, we provide a fun and interactive birthday celebration for your guest of honor and an effortless, stress-free party for you! Can I Book a Party On The Snapology Registration Site? Yes - please click the "Book Your Party Today" button and you'll be redirected to our registration site. I Can't Find Available Birthday Parties On The Schedule - Why Is That? At the time of this FAQ, we are rolling out birthday parties on Saturdays only with an 11am 2pm and occasional 5pm start time. Depending on demand, we will start to add party times on Sunday too! If you need us to host a party on a Sunday, please inquire about it and we'll do our best to accommodate your kiddo's special day!

The Event Registration Is Not Calculating The Full Price Of My Selections - Is This Correct? Our system is only able to take party deposits at the time of booking. When you complete your booking, rest assured that we have all of your party selections and will follow up with you via email within 2 business days to firm up details.

When Is Full Payment Due? Your full payment will be automatically charged to the card on file on the day of the party. Your party host will provide the final invoice - please direct all questions to info@snapologyght.com or call us at 253-313-5832.

Can I Make Changes To My Booked Party? Yes, you CAN make changes up until 5 days before your scheduled event. Our staff will contact you directly the week of your party date. Examples of allowed changes are: changes in party theme, adding guests or party add-ons (adding, removing, or changing quantity). We will make every effort to accommodate your needs so long as we have time to act.  Changing party packages (ie: from Epic Robotics to Motor Mania) may not be allowed due to limited supply availability.

What Is The Refund Policy? It sucks when life deals us hiccups and we would like to support you as best as we can. Full refunds can be expected (less 5% processing fee) for parties canceled more than two weeks before the party date. Within the two-week window, we reserve the right to withhold $100 of the deposit.  

All Parties Are Priced For Up To 16 Children, Can I Add On More Kids? It depends on the activity and how many adults you expect will stay. Please inquire with us to find out. Our space is small and this answer will depend on how much space is needed to give the kids an amazing experience. Additional guests will be charged an additional $10 per each.

Do You Provide Party Decorations? We don't provide decorations but our space is very bright, cheery, and colorful. It's not recommended that you bring in decorations, but if you have something special you want to display, please check in with us to ensure we can accommodate.

Can Adults Stay During The Party? Yes, Adults are welcome.  We can accommodate up to 26 guests with seating provided.

Will Kids Get To Keep Their LEGO® Creations? No - to keep our costs down, all of our kits and supplies are reused for our various events. 

Can Siblings Younger Than 4 or 5 Participate? It depends on the chosen activity, please check in with us. We have activity stations that can keep a few younger siblings occupied (with parental supervision) at no extra charge. 

Is Outside Food Allowed? Yes, please feel free to bring in pizza and light snacks if you would like.  Food should be kept separate from our main activities in the classroom space. You can plan on transitioning to pizza and cupcakes during the final 30-45 minutes. Cupcakes are preferred over cakes (please, no ice cream or ice cream cakes as we do not have a freezer). If you are opting for a pizza add-on, Snapolgy staff will arrange for pizza to be delivered by a local business at our designated time.
