The Soul Empowerment Playground is a space for women to connect in a caring and supportive community. Connect more deeply with themselves, others and with their own flavour of spirituality, whatever that may be.
There is freedom in finding clarity on who you are now, and who you want to be. You will have access to resources and events to help you do just that.
This is a genuine adult child playground, where elements of self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-trust, self-care, self-respect, self-compassion and self-love are woven into all the areas where you want to play.
Whether it is the past you want to heal, the present you want to explore, or the future you want to create, the Soul Empowerment Playground will have something for you.
Who doesn't want to live a deliciously conscious and wholesome life full of joy!
Using the three pillars of my signature program, we focus on just that:
Realizing the Past: When we put attention towards, and realize what we were doing (thinking, feeling, saying, experiencing), we empower ourselves to create the transformation we want to see in our selves, our relationships and our community.
Revising the Present: When we have realized where we want to create transformation in our lives, we have the opportunity to revise our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and actions, and of course, the interpretations of our old stories that keep lingering in our body, mind and soul.
Rising in the Future: When we rise, we move forward and take others along with us. We rise up and grow in our own unique mental, physical, social, emotional and spiritual path. It is a natural process so that we can stand up with phenomenal confidence in our selves, for our families and the world!
This community is built on connection, knowledge, camaraderie and kindness ... and is sprinkled heavily with curiosity and playfulness.
Let's get back to the basics and remember why we are on this planet!
