Join us on the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation Thursday September 30th from 630 to 8pm EST for dedicated time to sit down and write either
(1) Our newly (re)elected MPs to hold them accountable and demand action for Residential School Survivors and their families and amplify messages from Indigenous peoples or
(2) The Pope to fulfill the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Call To Action #58 calling on him to issue an apology to Survivors, their families, and communities.

 Our team will be sharing a very customizable letter template, and relevant information for instance from the Calls to Action and reporting from Indigenous journalists which can be included in our letters.

We have learned that uniquely written notes that are not based on a form are more powerful than petitions and form emails. That process can be intimidating so we welcome you to sit with us on Zoom in a supportive community to seize this moment and get it done.

Who are we: We are a group of friends, co-conspirators, facilitators who are Settlers on Turtle Island. We are not affiliated with any organization or political party as a group. We were initially called together by Dr. Angela Nardozi.
