Hello! I am a two time, IFTA nominated actor and writer. I am best known for my role as Mairead in the BBC hit comedy, The Young Offenders. My latest film and TV roles can be viewed here. I am the creator and writer of this blog. I am also an adventurer and lover of living wild and free in a modern world.

About Live Wild

You are so welcome to the wild living and lifestyle blog, Live Wild. My motto here is Eat Wild, Think Wild, Be Wild. I love all things wild from the food that I eat, to the thoughts that I think, to the actions that I take in the world. Freedom is a choice and it all begins within ourselves. Sometimes all it takes is a different viewpoint or a snippet of knowledge to set your lifestyle on an entirely different but extremely satisfying path.

I strongly believe that the path of reconnection of oneself to the world around us can begin in nature. To fully live, breathe, move, respect and reconnect to the world we live in, can invoke a deep sense of calm and grounding, like the feeling of coming home.

Here, I fully recognise that everything is connected and we are the centre of that source. I would love you to join me on the trip of a lifetime, by reconnecting with the energy of the earth and finally coming back home to yourself.
