WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ROOMMATE CANCELS?
If the roommate you selected cancels, your rate will adjust to the revised (single person) rate or you can replace them. Any cancellations within 60 days of the event are your responsibility, however, we will try our hardest to help you replace them.

IS THE FLIGHT INCLUDED?
AIRFARE
Airfare is not included, but you can find cheap flights by clicking here! You will be solely responsible to obtain your flight to and from Montego Bay, Jamaica.
If you miss your flight, it is your responsibility to reach out to the hotel directly, and to let ABrown Planning know that you are still arriving, or it will be assumed that you are forfeiting your room. ABrown Planning is not responsible for any changes in flights or cancellations. All deposits and payments are non-refundable due to hotel and transportation contractual obligations unless travel insurance is bought.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION
PAYMENT INFORMATION: There is a convenience fee on every payment charged to cover processing fees.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS:
A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.
CANCELLATION:
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to contactus@abrownplanning.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 404-855-0958 to ensure your information was received. As refunds are not available travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process.
FEES:
In addition, any request for an extension after final payment, if granted, will incur a $100 late fee per person.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Once deposit is received, payments are monthly unless balance is paid in full. Also, you have the option of enabling autopay for your monthly payments to auto deduct out of your account.

IDENTIFICATION: Traveler is required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you as the registered client will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
REFUNDS: All payments to ABrown Planning Travel Services, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because ABrown Planning Travel Services, LLC has contractual agreements with various vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip.

All travelers between the United States and the Caribbean will be required to have a valid passport for travel. Passports should be valid for at least six months after you return home and have two or more blank pages.
