Work Experience Programs - Interest Form
Please fill out the following information if you currently in 10th or 11th grade and are interested in pursuing one or more of Waukee's Work Experience programs for the next school year. This form will allow us to gauge interest and help place you in the program that is the best fit for you. Once you have completed this form, you will receive notification via email with registration information or further application and interview times for the STW and Intro to Ed programs. There is no application for APEX. You will just simply register for the course(s) you wish to take.
