Youth Action: Common Application
We are so excited that you want to join our Youth Action family here at Oasis. Your voice matters, and it is incredibly important in our efforts to build a city for everyone, especially young people.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Use this application to apply to any of the following Youth Action programs at Oasis: Mayor's Youth Council, Students of Stonewall, WE City Leadership Cohort, and WeGo Public Transit Youth Action Team. Carefully read the program descriptions on the following page to learn more about each team’s mission and time commitment. Applications received prior to April 1 will be given top priority.

ELIGIBILITY (might vary based on program):
- Applicants must be enrolled in a Davidson County high school as a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior during the 2022-23 academic school year. Most programs also accept applicants enrolled in schools outside Davidson County, homeschool programs or other academic alternatives, with the exception of the Mayor’s Youth Council.

- Applicants must be dedicated to the time commitments of the team’s program calendar as well as Youth Action-wide events throughout the year. A program calendar will be provided prior to interviews.

- Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from Oasis for program meetings as well as other locations within Nashville for special projects and events as needed. If this will be a barrier for your participation, please let us know.

If you have any questions regarding the application or interview process, please contact us at oasisyouthaction@gmail.com.
