The app always closes when opening it. It opens after 2nd or 3rd attempt after closing it the first time. The location for delivery can be improved, the accurate location is not pinned no matter how many times you've added it in manually and located it in the map.

Their service is super slow, this is the second I've ordered from them and twice did I have to wait 2 hours for my orders. And they always have items that are out of stock 😑 The app lags alot and most of the time kicks you out while picking from their groceries. Overall this app/company has the potential to be the best, it just needs time to be on full proper service

Delivery guys marking your order as delivered before they even call you in an attempt to make the order appear as delivered faster. You need to allow a client option to mark the order as received, even optional. UPDATE: Adding another star since now there's a credit card payment option. The rest of the issues mentioned here persist, and moreover using a refund coupon will count default expensive food delivery fees instead of the regular ones. Also can no longer rate deliveries.
