Join us on October 13, 2023 at Byblos Banquets for an inspiring event that will bring our communities and partners together to champion domestic violence survivors and work to break the stigma and raise awareness about this issue. Together, we will rally and turn the struggle of many into strength.
This women-only brunch will create a space for women in our communities to share their stories and empower one another. All proceeds from this event will support the basic needs of domestic violence survivors and their families who are part of ACCESS’ Survivors of Violence Empowerment Programs. Domestic violence continues to be highly prevalent in our communities with alarming numbers of women, children, and families being exposed to abuse every day. More than 600 survivors are currently in ACCESS’ program, with 30 to 40 new families reaching out to us for help every month.
Through your support, hundreds of these resilient women and their children will be provided with the resources they need as they escape their dangerous homes and begin building a new life for themselves. From food, clothing, and furniture to transportation and housing, your championship will make a tangible difference in their lives. We hope you can join us to help these survivors and their families reclaim their lives.
