AppleFest 2023 Volunteer Sign-Up 
Join the Shaker Historical Society on Saturday, October 7 for AppleFest, a family-friendly fall festival. We are in need of volunteers to assist with event set-up, staff activities during the event, and event clean-up. This event is located at 16740 South Park Blvd., Shaker Heights, OH 44120. Free street parking is available for volunteers. 

Please note, all volunteers will need to sign a Volunteer Waiver and Release Form. Volunteers must be age 14+. Volunteers who are minors will need a parent/guardian to complete their Waiver and Release Form.

Available Volunteer Positions: 

SET UP (9:30 am- 11:30 am)
- Set-up 6ft tables, folding chairs, tents, table cloths 
- Assist with activity preparation
This position required the ability to lift/move items up to 25 pounds, walk, and stand for an extended period of time. 

SHIFT 1 (11:30 am-2:00 pm) and SHIFT 2 (1:45 pm - 4:15 pm) 
- Welcome guests 
- Lead family friendly activities and crafts 
- Staff food and drink station
These positions require you to interact with the public in a professional manner and possibly stand for an extended period of time. 

CLEAN-UP (3:30pm-5:00 pm) 
- Clean-up 6ft tables, folding chairs, tents, table cloths
- Clean-up food and activity stations  
This position required the ability to lift/move items up to 25 pounds, walk, and stand for an extended period of time.
